So good to be back! Our class is a busy, happy class! We will be working on Community Building for the next two weeks, while slowly incorporating our curriculum into the day. Building a classroom community is so important to a successful year. It helps the third graders to adjust to a multi-age classroom, while helping the fourth graders to become positive leaders.
This year third and fourth graders will have even more access to technology. In our classroom we now have a computer cart which the students will use for learning to type, math practice, reading practice, and some of our required assessments. I will share their log-ins with you in the near future, once we are fully immersed in our curriculum.
Students: Here is our second weekly challenge: What did the Abenaki Tribe use for trade?
